OHL is a 5-week health and fitness discipleship class that bridges the gap between our spiritual health and our physical health. Our health and fitness professionals and coaches lead you through group exercises, teach you healthy eating habits using our unique OHL nutrition program, lead you through scriptures and teachings that strengthen you in God’s word, and provide coaching and accountability.
Dates: Sunday, April 24 – Sunday, May 29
*One Saturday Class on May 7 (instead of 5/8 Mother’s Day)
